We are thrilled to introduce our newest offering, Hibiscus Tide Decaf Peru. Grown at the Norandino Co-op in Peru, this exceptional coffee is a testament to the artistry and passion of the farmers who cultivate it. Cooperativa Norandino, comprising 90 grassroots organizations in northern Peru, unites three key coffee farmer groups. One, CEPICAFE, founded in 1995, focuses on ecological farming and quality coffee marketing. The cooperative emphasizes sustainable development for small-scale farmers in Piura. Other groups emerged in response to economic challenges, leading to the collapse of prior cooperatives.
Cooperativa Norandino’s coffee, grown on family farms averaging 1.5 hectares, prioritizes ecological balance. Situated in the highlands of northwest Peru near the Ecuadorian border, the region benefits from a cooperative dedicated to fair and sustainable practices. Grown at altitudes between 1100-1700 meters above sea level, this coffee features a washed processing method as well as a Swiss Water decaffeination process, ensuring a caffeine-free cup without compromising on taste.
Hibiscus Tide Peru is a light roast that is as vibrant as it is smooth. What sets Hibiscus Tide Decaf Peru apart is its flavor profile. With prominent notes of black cherry, hibiscus, and cranberry, every sip is a harmonious blend of tart and sweet flavors. The aroma is equally captivating, with floral and fruity notes. Dive into Hibiscus Tide Decaf Peru, a coffee that promises to redefine the decaf-drinking coffee experience.
