The lot of coffee in Harvest is a blend of Caturra, Red Catuai, and Yellow Catuai that underwent a washed process. We medium roasted it in order to bring out the sweetness and increase the body while keeping the acidity to a minimum. Whether you’re a light roast drinker, dark roast drinker, or somewhere in between, Harvest is a coffee for all coffee lovers.
