We love Milwaukee so much that we dedicated a coffee to it. In honor of our favorite city, we bring you Cream City, the coffee of the people, for the people, by the people. With a chocolatey sweetness and fruity flavor, Cream City is the perfect ode to our hometown.
The Burundian coffee used in Cream City is brought to us from the farmers of the Long Miles Coffee Project in Burundi. This offering is light roasted to highlight clean notes of stone fruit and citrus, which dial up the juiciness of this composition. The Nicaraguan component comes to us from La Trampa in Jinotega, Nicaragua, and helps round out the composition with sweetness. This lot was medium roasted to showcase its sweet cocoa notes, which pair perfectly with the light roasted Burundian component to create a fruity, chocolatey treat.
Midwestern and hardworking, Cream City was created to be perfectly balanced and loved by all.
