You should never reinvent a classic…except for when you should. Green Bike brings joy to those who dig the retro, while introducing them to a world of colorful fruitiness, making it universally delicious. Combining different roasts in Green Bike yields one of the best “classic” espressos you’ll ever taste. Green Bike tastes sweet like berries and chocolate and is rounded out by a citric acidity and creamy body, giving you some extra pep in your step.
The three components of Green Bike hail from Nicaragua, Brazil, and Costa Rica. The first is a washed coffee from Nicaragua that is medium roasted. This base coffee brings notes of chocolate and berries. The Brazilian coffee is sourced from Fazenda Alta Vista, in the southeast region of Brazil. It underwent a pulped natural processing method which contributes a rich sweetness. This medium roast is sweet and nutty but retains a subtle acidity. The third and final component of Green Bike is a light roasted, washed Costa Rican coffee, from the MICEPA co-op. It offers a hint of juicy acidity that compliments the body and tactile feel of the espresso.
These key components are what makes Green Bike unique and so dang tasty with or without milk, when used as espresso or filter-brewed coffee. Green Bike is the definition of synergy—the sum of all its parts is better than each alone. Hop on and sip slowly.
