In addition to the Red Catuai featured in this blend, Rinaldo cultivates Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catucai, and Yellow Catuai on his family’s multi-generational coffee farm. Rinaldo’s dedication to unique and specialty coffees is underscored by his role as the president of the local Brazilian coffee-growers cooperative association, COCARIVE, and his multiple appearances as a finalist in Cup of Excellence competitions. We’re thrilled to incorporate his coffee into this blend.
