In order to celebrate this magical, transformative time, we’ve brought you Bloom, featuring a light roasted coffee from our Farm to Cup partners at MICEPA in Chirripó, Costa Rica and various farmers in Huila, Colombia. In a cup of Bloom, you’ll taste the fruitiness of plum and melon, paired with the rich sweetness of plum and cocoa.
Bloom features three varieties of coffee: Caturra, Catuai, and Castillo. While the lot of coffee in Bloom from Huila, Colombia features Castillo and Caturra, the lot from Chirripó, Costa Rica features washed process Caturra and Catuai. Both lots underwent a washed process, and were dried on either raised beds or patios. The resulting cup is not only clean, but sweet and juicy as well.
