Farm to Cup Story
Santa’s been keeping a list that we know he’s sure to check twice, so you better watch out! Santa’s Revenge is composed of two lots of coffee from Central and South America. While one coffee rewards you for being nice, the other is Santa’s revenge for being naughty. But when coffee tastes this good, being naughty never felt so nice. In a cup of Santa’s Revenge, you’ll taste cocoa, the sweetness of plum, cashew, and the warm-fuzzies of the holiday spirit.
The lighter component in the composition is brought to us from various small farmers from Antigua, Guatemala who process their coffee at the San Miguel mill. This Guatemalan coffee contributes a dynamic sweetness and nuttiness to the cup. The dark component—the coal—comes from various small farmers in Tolima, Colombia, and adds depth of flavor and citrus-like acidity. Both are washed process lots, which impart clean, crisp flavors to the finished cup. Together, they provide the balance that someone who is good (most of the time, at least) craves and deserves.
You deserve to be rewarded for being nice, and we promised Santa that we’d sneak some coal in for those naughty moments, too, so grab some Santa’s Revenge today.
