Farm to Cup Story
Cream City is a staple in our line at Stone Creek Coffee. This composition features a Farm to Cup coffee sourced from Nicaragua and Colombia. Together, these coffees harmonize to sing the perfect tune. With notes of cocoa, cashew, cherries, and lemon, Cream City does Milwaukee justice.
The Nicaraguan coffee used in Cream City is brought to us from La Rue family in Jinotega. This lot is a blend of Catuai and Caturra varietals, and was processed using a washed method. This offering is roasted medium to showcase its sweet cocoa notes. The Colombian component comes from the Huila region, and is comprised of Castillo and Caturra varietals. It has been roasted light to highlight clean notes of stone fruit and citrus, which dial up the juiciness of this blend.
