Farm to Cup Story
Cream City is a staple in our line at Stone Creek Coffee. This composition features a Farm to Cup coffee sourced from Burundi that was meticulously roasted two ways to bring out the best in one another. Together, these coffees harmonize to sing the perfect tune. With notes of cocoa, cashew, cherries, and lemon, Cream City does Milwaukee justice.
The Burundian coffee used in Cream City is brought to us from various small farmers in partnership with the Long Miles Coffee Project. This lot is 100% Heirloom Bourbon, and was processed using a washed method. While some of this lot from is light roasted to bring out its acidity and delicacy, the other component is medium roasted to ramp up the sweetness and complexity.
Midwestern and hardworking, Cream City was created to be perfectly balanced and loved by all.
