Farm to Cup Story
Cream City is a staple in our line at Stone Creek Coffee. This composition features Farm to Cup coffee sourced from Costa Rica and Burundi. Together, these coffees harmonize to sing the perfect tune. With notes of cocoa, cashew, cherries, and lemon, Cream City does Milwaukee justice.
The Costa Rican coffee used in Cream City is brought to us from the farmers of MICEPA in Chirripó, Costa Rica. This offering is light roasted to highlight clean notes of stone fruit and citrus, which dial up the juiciness of this composition. The Burundian component comes to us from our partners at the Long Miles Coffee Project, and helps round out the composition with sweetness. This lot was medium roasted to showcase its sweet cocoa notes, which pair perfectly with the light roasted Costa Rican component to create a fruity, chocolatey treat.
