Farm to Cup Story
Cream City is a staple in our line at Stone Creek Coffee. This composition features two Farm to Cup coffees from Colombia and Burundi that were meticulously roasted to bring out the best in one another. Together, these coffees harmonize to sing the perfect tune. With notes of cocoa, cashew, cherries, and lemon, Cream City does Milwaukee justice.
The Burundian component of Cream City is brought to us from various small farmers in partnership with the Long Miles Coffee Project. This lot is 100% Heirloom Bourbon, and was processed using a washed method. While this lot from Burundi is light roasted to bring out its acidity and surprising delicacy, the lot from Colombia is medium roasted to ramp up the sweetness and complexity. This coffee was brought to us from various farmers in Huila, Colombia, and is a mix of Castillo and Caturra that was processed using a washed method.
