Composed of two coffees from Colombia and Costa Rica, Under Pressure represents all that is good about light roasts while preserving the sweet, smooth mouthfeel that medium roasts provide. And with the juiciness of citrus and berries paired with the smoothness of cream, this dynamic duo is sure to help you let it all out.
The Colombian coffee in Under Pressure is brought to you from various farmers in Huila, Colombia, and was medium roasted to bring out its rich sweetness. The Costa Rican component is brought to you from the farmers of the MICEPA co-op in Chirripó, Costa Rica. We decided to light roast this component to ramp up the acidity and round it all out.
