Though he had built a life as a veterinarian, the soil of his father's farm in Huila called to him…a pull toward legacy, toward origin, toward the taste of something real. He surrendered to it. In that surrender, he found not just coffee, but purpose. Wilder began cultivating a varietal program rooted in love and curiosity, nurturing over twelve different varieties with the tenderness of one who understands that quality is not just science, it is spirit. This coffee is the fruit of that radical homecoming, grown by a man who trusted the land enough to let it lead him home.

What blooms from such devotion is poetry in a cup. This Geisha, grown high between 1500 and 2100 meters, carries the altitude with grace. It’s light, lifted, alive. The washed process reveals the variety's truest self, untouched and unashamed. Roasted gently to preserve its soul, it unfolds on the tongue like a slow morning: bright with tangerine, soft with chamomile, and wrapped in the golden warmth of wildflower honey. Wildflower Geisha is expressive, floral, and deeply felt. How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
