Our Classic Shuffle subscription features a rotating selection of your favorite classic medium and dark roasts.
Our Coffee Geek subscription features a rotating selection of light roast single origin and small batch coffees, bringing something new to your cup with every delivery.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term commitment required. Our month-to-month personalized coffee subscriptions offer the flexibility to enjoy great coffee on your terms.
Can I get whole bean or ground coffee on subscriptions?
You bet. Choose a whole bean coffee subscription to grind fresh at home, or select a ground coffee subscription if you'd rather skip that step. Just choose the option that fits your brewing setup.
Can I choose which coffees I get?
If you Keep It On Repeat, you can choose your favorite roast and that's what we'll send on the delivery schedule you choose.
If you are looking to explore something new each month, we'll curate the coffees that are sent to you, but you can choose which roasts you prefer from the two options below: Classic Shuffle & Coffee Geek.

Can I change or pause my coffee subscription?

How often will my coffee be delivered?

How do I track my order?
You can track your coffee subscription order using the link provided in your confirmation email. You can also log into our Customer Portal anytime to view order status and shipping updates.
How fresh is your coffee?
Freshness starts at the roaster. We roast our coffee to order and ship it the same day when orders are placed by 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Your fresh roasted coffee subscription delivers roasted to order coffee, with the best flavor window typically falling 3–14 days after roasting. That's fresh coffee worth slowing down for.
Can I use a gift card to pay for a coffee subscription?
Gift cards cannot be used to pay for month-to-month subscriptions, however, gift cards can be used to pay for Gift Subscriptions.

Whole Bean
Whole bean coffee is unprocessed and unground, preserving peak freshness and flavor until ground to the desired consistency for various brewing methods.
Espresso
Espresso grind is a fine, powdery grind with a texture like granulated sugar, crafted to create high-pressure extraction, resulting in a rich, concentrated shot with bold flavor and velvety crema.
Aeropress
Aeropress grind is a medium-fine to fine grind, similar to table salt or slightly finer, allowing for versatile brewing times and methods, resulting in a clean, rich, and full-flavored cup.
Cone Filter or V60
