Nestled in the Andes at elevations ranging from 1550 to 2000 meters above sea level, the coffee from Ukuku benefits from the high elevation, resulting in a higher sugar content that imparts a sweet and juicy character to your coffee experience. The journey of Bloom begins with a washed processing method, ensuring a remarkably clean taste. Bloom is composed of three coffee varieties – Catarra, Bourbon, and Catuai. These varieties thrive in the high-altitude regions of Cajamarca and contribute to the unique cup profile.
