The Colombian component was grown by farmers in Huila who mill their coffee together after harvest. This coffee dependably delivers sweet citrus notes to a blend. The Costa Rican component is a washed process blend of caturra and catuai from our new partners at the Palmichal mill south of San Jose in Costa Rica’s Central Valley. This coffee brings a viscous body and notes of plum and nectarine to the party.
