From Peru's La Naranja to Guatemala's Entre Volcanes, Just Passing Through is a passport in a cup. The washed Peruvian brings gummy-bright fruit and an almost creamy lift, a coffee Celeste fell for at first sip. It meets a Guatemalan lot from a relationship that runs deep, chosen for its electric acidity and agave sweetness. Roasted light, the cup opens with juicy white peach and ripe cantaloupe, then settles into a soft cacao finish that lingers like a fond farewell. Two origins, one unforgettable journey.

What grind should I choose for my brewing method?
Whole Bean
Whole bean coffee is unprocessed and unground, preserving peak freshness and flavor until ground to the desired consistency for various brewing methods.
Espresso
Espresso grind is a fine, powdery grind with a texture like granulated sugar, crafted to create high-pressure extraction, resulting in a rich, concentrated shot with bold flavor and velvety crema.
Aeropress
Aeropress grind is a medium-fine to fine grind, similar to table salt or slightly finer, allowing for versatile brewing times and methods, resulting in a clean, rich, and full-flavored cup.
Cone Filter or V60
Cone filter grind is a medium-fine grind with a consistency similar to table salt, designed to optimize water flow and extraction in cone-shaped coffee makers, enhancing clarity and balanced flavor.
Flat Filter or Cold Brew
Flat filter grind is a medium grind with a consistency like sea salt, ideal for flat-bottom drip brewers, promoting even extraction and producing a balanced, smooth cup of coffee.
Chemex or Kalita
Chemex grind is a medium-coarse grind, similar to coarse sand, designed to ensure a slower extraction and clean, bright cup with pronounced clarity and delicate flavors.
French Press or Clever
French press grind is a coarse grind, with a texture like breadcrumbs or coarse sea salt, allowing for full immersion brewing and producing a rich, full-bodied cup with minimal sediment.
How fresh is your coffee?
Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
