Grind guide
Whole Bean
Whole bean coffee is unprocessed and unground, preserving peak freshness and flavor until ground to the desired consistency for various brewing methods.
Espresso
Espresso grind is a fine, powdery grind with a texture like granulated sugar, crafted to create high-pressure extraction, resulting in a rich, concentrated shot with bold flavor and velvety crema.
Aeropress
Aeropress grind is a medium-fine to fine grind, similar to table salt or slightly finer, allowing for versatile brewing times and methods, resulting in a clean, rich, and full-flavored cup.
Cone Filter or V60
Cone filter grind is a medium-fine grind with a consistency similar to table salt, designed to optimize water flow and extraction in cone-shaped coffee makers, enhancing clarity and balanced flavor.
Flat Filter or Cold Brew
Flat filter grind is a medium grind with a consistency like sea salt, ideal for flat-bottom drip brewers, promoting even extraction and producing a balanced, smooth cup of coffee.
Chemex or Kalita
Chemex grind is a medium-coarse grind, similar to coarse sand, designed to ensure a slower extraction and clean, bright cup with pronounced clarity and delicate flavors.

PRE-ORDER
This is a pre-order for our Black Honey Horror Box, a hauntingly good coffee collection shipping September 25th - 30th. Inside, you’ll find four distinct 8 oz bags of Black Honey–processed coffees: Moondrip, The Bride, Crimson Sip, and Lagoon Dweller.
Black Honey isn’t a flavor—it’s a fermentation method. Unlike traditional processing, where the sticky fruit of the coffee cherry is washed away, Black Honey processing leaves the mucilage clinging to the bean like a sweet, spectral resin. It dries slowly, ferments wildly, and produces coffees with rich body, layered sweetness, and a depth that lingers long after your cup is empty.
We’re thrilled to share this hauntingly delicious lineup, designed to showcase both the similarities and striking differences of Black Honey processing. Prepare yourself—you’ll be scared at just how good this one is.

How fresh is your coffee?
Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Our subscription products deliver freshly roasted coffee straight to your door on your schedule, with full flexibility to skip, pause, or customize anytime. Choose from curated options or build your own to match your brew style and flavor preferences. See all subscriptions.
