Wild Ember tastes like a memory... like a sunrise over a misty lake, or the first sip brewed over a campfire with my wife. The Tanzanian coffee brings some fun notes of wild raspberry and lemon. The Guatemalan component wraps it all up in cocoa warmth. It’s a balance I love, like my favorite medium roasts, or those slow sips shared with someone you love. This coffee is spirited enough to wake you up, but mellow enough to savor. Seven years at Stone Creek taught me that the best moments, and the best coffees, balance fire and comfort. This one’s for those who chase both.

Patrick has been an integral member of the Stone Creek team for seven years. He began his journey as a Cafe Coach Trainee at our Bay View Cafe. His dedication to leadership and fostering connections soon led him to pursue the Master Coaching program, where he successfully coached multiple cafes. How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
