Kaffa’s lush landscape boasts nearly 5,000 wild coffee varieties, and the Dinkalem Ademe farm spans 400 hectares, with just 40 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation amidst the protected Keffa cloud forests. These forests, vital for conservation, absorb over 600,000 tons of carbon dioxide annually while nurturing Ethiopia’s diverse wildlife.
Dinkalem and his wife, Sofiya, are passionate about environmental sustainability and uplifting their community. They aim to launch an outgrower’s program, connecting smallholder farmers with buyers to foster regional economic growth.
Strawberry Fizz Ethiopia is naturally processed, with the coffee cherries left whole during fermentation and drying, allowing the beans to soak up the natural sugars.
