*Shrieks* “It’s baaaack!” Winter, that is. And like the yeti, we’re prepared for it here at Stone Creek Coffee. To share in our preparedness to get you through the blistering cold days ahead, we’ve created this composition of Burundian and Nicaraguan coffee to keep you warm and cozy. Since Wisconsin snow can make our state look more like the apocalypse than a winter wonderland, we’ve decided to call it Snowmageddon. In a cup of Snowmageddon, you’ll taste the sweetness of hot cocoa, cashew, and mellow citric acidity.
The medium roasted component in the composition is brought to us from Jinotega, Nicaragua, and adds depth of flavor and a citrus-like acidity. The darker roasted component is brought to us from the Long Miles Coffee Project in Kayanza, Burundi and provides a cocoa sweetness and cashew-like nuttiness to the composition. Both are washed process lots, which impart clean, crisp flavors to the finished cup.
