Named after the snakes that live in the grass and trees on the farm, La Toboba has once again delivered on an expertly cultivated and produced honey processed coffee that has a bright ruby color in the cup and white grape sweetness on the tongue.
Senel and his son Allen own and operate La Toboba. This farm began back in 1968 when Senel planted his first coffee trees in the ground. Since that time, the Campos family, Senel and his kin, has been able to sustain itself over the years due to its success in the coffee industry. La Toboba has grown to be a well known and highly respected coffee farm in the industry.
This is an anaerobic processed coffee, which means that the coffee is fermented in pressurized tanks that remove all oxygen. This processing method gives the coffee a very distinct flavor by encouraging the production of acids that create a whole new flavor profile when compared against your standard washed or natural fermentation coffee. It is because of these complex flavors that this coffee shines above the rest.
So get your fruity and juicy coffee fix and grab a bag of Ruby Honey before it’s gone.
