The coffee tin is a nostalgic element for many of us. It’s what our parents had in the cabinet when we were first introduced to coffee. The coffee inside probably wasn’t that great, but the tin itself is pretty rad. It’s got a great seal. It’s reusable. And our tins in particular look incredible.
As a bonus, when you buy one of these tins they come already full of 12 ounces of fresh, Farm to Cup coffee. Your tin will come vacuum-sealed to preserve the freshness of the coffee inside. Once the coffee is fully used up, we highly encourage you to reuse these to store more coffee or other household items (really, just use them however they see fit). If you want to have it refilled with any of our year-round or seasonal beans (small batch & reserve are excluded) in an SCC cafe, you will be able to do so for $12 per refill.
The climate and location of breathtaking Huila, Colombia offers the ideal growing conditions for delicious coffee. As a result, coffees originating from this region are particularly tasty. In a cup of Boneshaker Colombia, you’ll taste the complex, yet refined flavors that altitude and great processing yield. Rich plum sweetness is given further depth by notes of cocoa, lemongrass, red grape, and a grapefruit acidity. The medium body of this coffee rounds out all of these flavors in the cup.
This particular coffee was grown by a group of farmers who mill their coffee together after harvest. Once the coffee arrived at the mill, it was processed using a fully washed process. It was then prepared for shipment after being dried on patios. This processing method translates to crisp, clean flavors in the final cup.
Just as the name suggests, this coffee will get your bones shaking. Whether you brew it as espresso or slow it down in a pour-over, Boneshaker Colombia will wake you up.
We love Milwaukee so much that we dedicated a coffee to it. In honor of our favorite city, we bring you Cream City, the coffee of the people, for the people, by the people. With a chocolatey sweetness, fruity flavor, and milky mouthfeel, Cream City is the perfect ode to our hometown.
The coffee in Cream City is brought to us from our partnership with Caravela Coffee and various farms near in Costa Rica. We’ve roasted this lot two ways to showcase all that it’s capable of. The light roasted component highlights clean notes of citrus fruits, which dial up the acidity of this composition. The medium component lends the composition a rich aroma and sweet notes of caramel. Together, these roast profiles strike the perfect balance of smooth and sweet. In a cup of Cream City, you’ll find notes of cocoa, lemon, and dried fig. Midwestern and hardworking, Cream City was created to be perfectly balanced and loved by all. Grab a bag and experience the complexity of Costa Rica and Colombian coffees when paired together.
3 VOLCANOES DARK GUATEMALA
At Stone Creek Coffee, we care about flavor quality just as much as we care about sourcing and sustainability. So when we found 3 Volcanoes Dark Guatemala, it felt like we hit the jackpot. It’s delicious, sourced responsibly, and sustainable. We’ve chosen to dark roast this Guatemalan coffee until it’s sweet and is rounded out by Guatemala’s signature full-bodied mouthfeel; a sure hit for dark roast devotees and apprehensive drinkers alike. In the cup, you’ll taste the sweetness of dark chocolate with nut and citrus undertones.
Guatemala’s tropical climate and fertile soil is ideal for growing delicious, full-bodied coffees. And, unlike some of their heirloom relatives, many of the varieties of coffee that are commonly grown in Guatemala (such as Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra) are known for their hardiness and versatility.
3 Volcanoes Dark Guatemala is sourced from various farmers in Guatemala. This lot was dark roasted in order to bring out its depth. Unlike many other dark roasts, this one still retains some of the coffee’s citric acidity paired with notes of dark chocolate and nuts, which makes it a true treat for both dark and light roast drinkers alike.
