We have a lot to be thankful for, and that is worth celebrating. To commemorate the season of thanks and to give thanks to all of our fellow coffee geeks, we’ve brought you Unicornucopia. In a mug of Unicornucopia, you’ll taste the sweetness of brown sugar and cocoa paired with the fruity juiciness of cherries and a citric acidity to round it all out.
Unicornucopia is composed of Central and South American coffees from various farmers in Chirripó, Costa Rica and Huila, Colombia. The Costa Rican component was light roasted to bring out its acidity. The Colombian component was medium roasted to bring out its sweetness. Alone, these coffees are delicious, but together, they sparkle and shine.
