At Stone Creek Coffee, we care about flavor quality just as much as we care about sourcing and sustainability. So when we found 3 Volcanoes Dark Guatemala, it felt like we hit the jackpot. It’s delicious, sourced responsibly, and sustainable. We’ve chosen to dark roast this Guatemalan coffee until it’s sweet and is rounded out by Guatemala’s signature full-bodied mouthfeel; a sure hit for dark roast devotees and apprehensive drinkers alike. In the cup, you’ll taste the sweetness of dark chocolate with nut and citrus undertones.

 

Guatemala’s tropical climate and fertile soil is ideal for growing delicious, full-bodied coffees. And, unlike some of their heirloom relatives, many of the varieties of coffee that are commonly grown in Guatemala (such as Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra) are known for their hardiness and versatility.

 

Located in the scenic Sacatepéquez region, this Guatemalan coffee comes from the gorgeous 3 Volcanoes of Antigua, Guatemala. Here, various local farmers meticulously grow, harvest and sort their coffee. Then the farmers make a trip to the San Miguel mill, where the coffee is processed using a washed process to ensure clean, crisp flavors.
