Farm to Cup Story
The climate and location of breathtaking Quindío, Colombia offers the ideal conditions for growing coffee. As a result, coffees originating from this region are particularly tasty. In a cup of Boneshaker Colombia, you’ll taste the complex, yet refined flavors that altitude and great processing yield. Rich plum sweetness is given further depth by notes of cocoa, lemongrass, red grape, and a grapefruit acidity, all rounded out by a medium body.
This particular coffee was grown by a group of farmers in the region who mill their coffee together after harvest. Once the coffee arrived at the mill, it was processed using a fully washed process and made ready for shipment after being dried on patios. This processing method translates to crisp, clean flavors in the final cup.
