The coffees in Black Sheep are brought to you from Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Colombia. While the Nicaraguan coffee is dark roasted to bring Black Sheep sweetness and depth, the medium roasted Guatemalan component and light roasted Colombian component offer it acidity, clarity, and complexity.
