The coffees in Black Sheep are brought to you from Burundi, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. While the Nicaraguan coffee is dark roasted to bring Black Sheep sweetness and depth, the medium roasted Burundian component and light roasted Costa Rican component offer it acidity, clarity, and complexity.
