We have a lot to be thankful for, and that is worth celebrating. To commemorate the season of thanks and to give thanks to all of our fellow coffee geeks, we’ve brought you Unicornucopia. In a mug of Unicornucopia, you’ll taste the sweetness of brown sugar and cocoa paired with the fruity juiciness of cherries and a citric acidity to round it all out.
Unicornucopia is composed of Central and South American coffees from various farmers in San Miguel Dueñas, Guatemala and Yacuanquer, Colombia. The Guatemalan component is Bourbon that was fully washed, and then light roasted to bring out its acidity. The Colombian component is Caturra and Castillo that was fully washed, and then medium roasted to bring out its sweetness.
