I asked Kris Collett, our Bakery Education and Development Manager, about what makes our mocha scone memorable. She shared that, “(…) the challenges we have with it [are] in production: how sticky the dough is, how hard it is to cut sometimes, how we tend to share a good laugh with new people who encounter it and are surprised by it’s texture.”
