This evening Sound Travels Live will feature flavors and sounds from Sumatra and Indonesia. Marcus has prepared an interesting set with modern, Indo-hop  music from this region.  Here's an excerpt from the Radio Milwaukee  blog:

Starting the week with An interesting Sound Travels saw a progression away from the traditional music that I focused on last Friday and onto the streets of places like Bandung, West Java or Jakarta. I can t claim to say that any of this is terribly new music, but it is a bit representative of hip hop (and a bit of heavy metal!).
