Don't let this economy get you down...head to your nearest Stone Creek Coffee Location and start racking up your punches!

In honor of the return of Double Punch Month, we've put together a few fun factus to remind you to cash in on this great opportunity!

Double Your Pleasure, Double Your Fun
Doublemint Gum is made by the Wrigley Company and launched in the United States in 1914. One of Doublemint's most notable marketing campaigns was the use of the 'Doublemint Twins' and the catchphrase 'Double your pleasure, double your fun.' The original Doublemint Twins were Jayne and Joan Boyd who appeared in ads from 1956 until 1963 when Joan became pregnant. Which one do you think is Joan??

Double Tongued?
The Double Tongued Dictionary is an online dictionary that catalogs undocumented or underdocumented words on the fringes of English. It focuses on slang, jargon, or new words that are poorly covered or omitted in mainstream dictionaries. Check it out...this is for real! Did you know that a 'mouser' is 'a slang term for a group of risk-takers who explore caves, tunnels, and sewer systems?'

The Doublebugg!
The Doublebugg is a Swedish swingdance that is typically performed in competitions. The Doublebugg is danced by three persons, especially a gentleman and two women. The dance came to prominance in the 1980s due to a shortage of gentlemen who could dance. It was discovered that a gentleman could dance the Swedish partner dance, Bugg, with two partners and the Doublebugg was born.

doo-BLAY?
Originally known as Ping Pong, Double (pronounced doo-BLAY) was a Swiss band made famous for their 1986 hit single 'The Captain of Her Heart.' This song peaked at #16 on US Billboard Hot 100. If you're ever around the Stone Creek Factory, you can sometimes catch our owner, Eric, humming this song gently to himself over a cup of coffee.
