Last week here at the Stone Creek Factory, we bid a fond farewell to a friend that has been with Stone Creek Coffee since our very first day...our trusty San Franciscan Coffee Roaster.

Yes its true, the very roaster that Eric used to roast our first batch of coffee has moved on. On Friday, we loaded it onto a truck after our coffee techs Jason and Tom worked to dismantle it and crate it up. It is now on its way to another coffee company in North Carolina that will undoubtedly put it to good use.

It was a bit of a sad day for us here...but our wise tech Jason Dame reminded us of a quote fitting for the moment..."Don't cry becuase its over...smile becuase it happened."
