Coffee & Cuisine with Charro -

Love food? Love coffee? Then you need to check out the Central & South American Coffee & Cuisine Dinner happening at Charro on Wednesday, December 14 at 7pm!
We're teaming up with our buddies at Charro, particularly Chef Aaron Patin for an evening of fine Latin American Cuisine paired with wine and coffee. I recently worked with Chef Patin to select some coffees that would pair nicely with his signature South American cuisine. He has put together a 4 course meal, with each course using coffee as an ingredient. Between each course, I will lead a tasting of the coffee that was used as an ingredient and provide some background on where it came from.
