My first job in the coffee world began at the Brew Cafes, one of Stone Creek Coffee’s wholesale accounts, where I worked for three years while I was attending college at Marquette University. This is where my love of coffee and everything that goes into creating a perfect cup started out. After graduation I decided I needed a break from school, and wanting to stick with what I had grown to love; I immediately started looking for jobs involving coffee. My first stop…none other than Stone Creek Coffee.
I landed a job as a barista at the Whitefish Bay store. After six months I was also hired on as Administrative Assistant for the retail team. From there I added the Community Coffee Team Manager position to my growing list of titles here at Stone Creek. I love the diversity that I get from working these three jobs at one time. I am able to interact with customers and co-workers in the store, work more independently in my administrative role, and get out into the community to educate people about our coffee.
When I am not at the store or the factory you can find me perusing the shelves of a thrift store, reading a good book, or spending time with family and friends.
