As a longtime participant in local farmers' markets, we were inspired by the sense of community and the organic products around us. So, we set out to craft our own Market Day Blend. Using only organically-grown fair trade coffees from Ethiopian and Mexico, we created a blend that represents a true meeting of different hemispheres and farming traditions. The organic Ethiopian forms the fruity, velvety resonance of Market Day's flavor, while an organic Mexican coffee adds a light, clean sun-drenched freshness, resulting in a lighter-bodied coffee with a well-balanced and intriguing flavor.
